Check in was convenient and quick, hotel lounge is very comfortable

Restaurant not open and limited dining options in Wengen. Other hotels had their restaurants open to non-residents.

Unique hotel in a breathtaking setting. You feel like you've been transported back to the 19th century. Rooms are clean and lovingly designed. The staff very friendly. In the evening there was a delicious 4-course menu for a fair price.

This is quite possibly the nicest hotel in which I have ever stayed. Ever. Comms with staff regarding booking were polite, efficient, friendly, obliging. Awesome location, with jaw-dropping views. AMAZING. Upon arrival, we were offered a drink, such a warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Fantastic customer service. Fresh flowers in the public areas, a nice touch. Comfortable, well-appointed room, with everything thought of.
